SXSW London: Healing Arts in the Age of Anxiety (London, UK)

A multi-talented panel of experts in Arts and Health, including representatives from the Jameel Arts & Health Lab, will host a discussion on the potential of the arts to support evidence-based arts interventions that can promote, protect, and restore our mental health. Despite a growing body of evidence showing that arts engagement improves emotional regulation, lowers stress hormones like cortisol, enhances cognitive flexibility, and builds social connection, the arts remain under-utilised in health systems worldwide.

Arts & Health Week Summit - Los Angeles Opera (Los Angeles, CA)

Solis, First District; Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture; Healing Arts; and the World Health Organization, this unique summit offers conversations and participatory experiences, and promotes creative ways to approach wellness.
Thought leaders including arts practitioners, medical experts and administrators, funders, policymakers and researchers will gather to explore how the arts can increasingly, and equitably, support health and wellbeing.
National Academy of Social Prescribing: International Social Prescribing Showcase (Virtual)

The National Academy for Social Prescribing (NASP) is proud to host the International Social Prescribing Showcase - a dynamic two-hour online event celebrating the global evolution of social prescribing.
Bringing together voices from some of the 32 countries in the International Social Prescribing Collaborative (ISPC), this showcase will highlight innovative practices, emerging research, and diverse implementation models adapted to health systems worldwide.
