Our Team

Jewel is a future clinical social worker with a deep passion for helping people feel more connected. After earning her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Sociology, she spent years immersed in over 5,000 hours of one-on-one coaching, helping adults deepen their friendships and feel more connected in their everyday lives. That hands-on experience led her to begin speaking at universities and companies about friendship, connection, and belonging.

Now pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of Central Florida, Jewel is also involved in multiple nonprofits dedicated to ending the loneliness epidemic. Her long-term goal is to open a psychotherapy practice that integrates social prescribing, connecting clients not only to therapy but also to local communities, programs, and resources that support lasting emotional wellbeing.
